Decent location. Some letdowns

I was somewhat disappointed with my room. i booked a superior room with a balcony, but it was more of a large window with chairs squeezed in. getting to the "balcony" required stepping up. the room service selection was limited. They lacked soup, and had only one entree and one dessert option. the unmanned bar was just the hotel lobby. The desk staff doubled as bartenders. it wasn't quite what i expected.

The location proved convenient for exploring nearby attractions.
My room was situated on the ground floor, directly beside the reception area. The noise levels were excessive until midnight. The inadequate door insulation allowed drafts and light intrusion from the hallway (the light came through all around the door).

the hotel location helped me a lot, it was near transportation. i also love ms. caroline, she assist me with everything. the breakfast was good with tasty food.
the rooms was pretty small. it was difficult for me because i had many luggages. i wish it was bigger.

the classic room included a queen bed and a small desk. there was also a mini-bar stocked with drinks and snacks. the bathroom had a shower and complimentary toiletries from fragonard.

the front desk was available 24 hours. the staff could arrange taxi service and provide city maps. ms. caroline helped me with directions to the louvre and other museums.

the breakfast buffet included fresh pastries, fruits, and cheese. coffee and juice was always available. i like that they have gluten-free bread for me.

Charming Stay with Pantheon Views

I found the location excellent near the metro and within walking distance of many attractions. The staff was very friendly and helpful . The room had a refrigerator and space to store my bags (and coat too!). The view of the Pantheon from my room was definitely a highlight.
My room felt a little dark.

The hotel is near many bars and brasseries with food from different countries. The hotel has a corner location close to the Panthéon. The metro is a short walk away from the hotel.

The room had bath robes (which i liked). My room included an area to store luggage and coats. The rooms offer views of the Pantheon from the window, a real treat.

The staff was lovely and they were efficient at check-in and throughout my stay. The staff was very helpful (charmed by their service!). Breakfast featured a beautiful selection of items.
